This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, lovely bar area, and 24-hour security provide everything I need. I still remember how the staff kindly helped me find my lost barrette on my first visit. Highly recommend for a cozy stay! Coming back for Christmas!

We had a lovely time during our stay, especially enjoying the freshly cooked breakfast and the comfy beds that made us feel right at home. The hotel's cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and we also loved the sun terrace for some quick relaxation. The only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, but it didn't really take away from the overall experience. 😊

Great location with a cozy bar atmosphere
I enjoyed my stay, especially the hotel's proximity to Bangor Train Station, which made it super convenient for my travels. The bar area was a highlight, with a lively vibe that welcomed both guests and locals, creating a pleasant social atmosphere. some areas of the hotel could really use a facelift, as certain aspects felt outdated.

The decor was quirky and I loved the cozy atmosphere in my room, even though the curtains were a bit thin. Relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoying a good book was just what I needed. The chair in my room showed some wear, but honestly, it didn’t bother me much! 😊

Recommend it for a relaxed weekend getaway
Had a lovely chat with Wendy at the reception, she's just so genuine and even went outta her way to give us local tips and spots to check out. The bar downstairs is quaint—enjoyed a cold one while soaking in the vibe, it’s not your fancy cocktail joint but it’s decent, and those prices? Dirt cheap compared to what I’m used to.
It wasn’t exactly cheap either but for the experience, I’ll take it.

Despite the friendly staff, the discomfort in the room left much to be desired. The heating took ages to warm up, but I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty breakfast. For a better experience, consider grabbing meals outside instead of relying solely on hotel dining options.

The location is ideal for train travelers and offers convenient access to the bus stops. Staff members were friendly and eager to help. food service was chaotic and time-consuming. orders were frequently incorrect or incomplete, culminating in a distressed dining atmosphere due to unruly patrons. The quality of food left much to be desired, resembling overcooked microwave meals.

The staff were friendly, making for a welcoming atmosphere, and the location near the train station was superb for exploring. the room had some issues, including mold in the bathroom and broken bedside lamps, which detracted from the experience. Breakfast was decent but lacked freshness, with tough sausages and solid bacon not meeting expectations for the price paid. while it served our one-night stay, improvements are needed.
